Nicolas Lacassagne is the founder and CEO of CO.MEDIA. He got a Master of Law (LLM) at the University of Reading (UK) and a Master of Law specializing in the field of audiovisual communication at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

After a first experience in acquisitions and scheduling, Nicolas joined production company GRUNDY France (game and entertainment shows, now FREMANTLE FRANCE) in 1994. In 1996, he became Consultant at IMCA (International Media Consultants Associates) in Paris and worked for numerous clients, mainly broadcasters and producers. He also set up NOTA (New On The Air), a service which aims to identify new programme formats in 9 of the major TV markets throughout the world.

Nicolas joined CANAL+ in July 2000 as Head of Research and Analysis. In 2001, he was promoted Head of Programmes, Programming and On-air Operations at KIOSQUE (pay-per-view service of the CANAL+ Group).

Nicolas Lacassagne was hired at PINKTV (hype cultural and entertainment channel) in September 2005. He worked there as Head of Programmes and Programming until May 2007, right before setting up his own consulting company, CO.MEDIA.
