Nicolas Lacassagne is the founder and CEO of CO.MEDIA. He got a Master of Law (LLM) at the University of Reading (UK) and a Master of Law specializing in the field of audiovisual communication at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.

After a first experience in acquisitions and scheduling, Nicolas joined the production company GRUNDY France (game and entertainment shows), where he stayed between 1994 and 1996. He then became a Consultant for IMCA (International Media Consultants Associates) in Paris and worked for numerous clients, most of which were broadcasters and producers. He also set up NOTA (New On The Air), a service which aims to identify new programme formats in 9 of the major TV markets throughout the world.

Nicolas joined CANAL+ in July 2000 as Head of Research and Analysis. In 2001, he was promoted Head of Programmes, Programming and On-air Operations at KIOSQUE (pay-per-view service of the CANAL+ Group).

Nicolas Lacassagne was hired at PINKTV in September 2005. He worked there as Head of Programmes and Programming until May 2007.
